Training Sessions

Performance Academy

Train with purpose. Develop with confidence.

Our Performance Academy are weekly hourly training sessions for players ages 7–16, with athletes placed into Developmental, Advanced, or Elite levels based on their age, experience, and current ability. Players are evaluated by trainers and can progress to the next level as they are ready.

Free player evaluations are included during Academy sessions. Players may move up a level when ready.  Contact us for information about Elite invites!
