Deb Marquez

Deb is a lifelong soccer coach, mentor, and leader with more than 20 years of experience developing athletes and creating opportunities for young players to thrive. A former Division I soccer player at Loyola Marymount University, Deb has dedicated her career to helping athletes build confidence, technical skill, and a strong foundation for success both on and off the field.
As the Executive Director and Owner of Coerver Coaching Arizona, Deb has helped develop thousands of young athletes and supported more than 50 players in reaching NCAA College soccer. She also serves as the Youth Soccer Director at Arizona Sports Complex, where she leads a program of more than 1,000 players and coaches.
Beyond soccer, Deb brings a passion for leadership and mentorship through her experience as a Certified Executive Coach and consultant specializing in leadership and talent development. She believes in the power of sport to build confident, resilient, and empowered young women and is passionate about creating pathways for girls to reach their full potential.
Credentials: NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, NSCAA Regional Diploma, USSF License, Coerver Youth Diploma I and II.
She holds a Bachelors degree from Loyola Marymount University.

Sean Fallon
Coerver Pro Trainer & Manager
Sean Fallon brings over 15 years of coaching experience to Coerver AZ, working with players at both the club and high school levels. He has coached with North Valley Soccer Club, Desert Elite, FC Batavia, and Sunrise Mountain High School.
As a Coerver Pro Trainer, Sean holds a Coerver Youth Diploma I, USSF "D" “E” and “Y” licenses, and has completed the Coerver Youth Diploma I & Intro to Coaching Course. His playing background includes North Valley SC, SC Del Sol, and Scottsdale Blackhawks.
Sean is passionate about developing technically skilled, confident, and creative players while helping athletes build a lifelong love for the game. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Data Analytics from Arizona State University.
Megan Johnston
Summer Camp Manager & Coerver Pro Trainer
Megan brings more than 15 years of coaching experience to Coerver AZ, working with players at the club, ODP, and high school levels. She has coached with Coerver Arizona, Real Salt Lake Arizona, Rush Soccer Club, and multiple clubs in New Mexico, along with serving on the New Mexico ODP and YOP coaching staff.
A Coerver Pro Trainer since 2019, Megan holds a USSF National “C” License, USSF National Youth License, and has completed all 8 modules of the Coerver Coaches Education Introduction.
Megan also enjoyed an accomplished playing career with the United States Women’s Deaf National Team, earning two Deaflympics gold medals in 2005 and 2009. She is passionate about helping players build confidence, creativity, and technical ability while developing a lifelong love for the game.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Belmont Abbey College and a post-graduate degree in Prosthetics through the UConn Newington Program.
