Players who want to improve their individual technical skills 

 
Sessions are daily and weekly options of training to improve footwork, passing/receiving skills and SHOOTING! Sessions are indoor on turf and will include speed/agility to build fast footwork.

CAGES
 

North/Central Phoenix - The Cages - Cave Creek and Thunderbird  (just off the 51 and Cactus)

Shooting Academy at the Cages - 

At the Cages we will host our SHOOTING and FOOTWORK sessions.  Turf is available for skills work followed by time in the shooting bays where players will get many reps shooting on goal refining their power shot, placement, and weak foot.  Players will work in small groups of 3-4 to maximize reps

Spots are limited so book early!
9am Ages 7-8 (players will be grouped by age/skill)
10 am Ages  9-10
11am Ages 11+

Saturdays 9am-12
Cost is $35 session for 60- MinutesI
