Small Group Intensive Training for HS/College Soccer players
Strength Program includes GYM and Coerver Skills training:
Stay Fit, Fast, and Strong with a great First Touch! (Accountability and Fun)
Improve First Step Quickness, Acceleration and Deceleration, Agility, and Strength Training in the GYM with Athlon Trainer
Injury prevention activities with strength trainer
Learn Proper Recovery Techniques - access to cold plunge and recovery tools
Soccer Footwork, Passing/Receiving, Small Sided Games on select Sundays with other motivated HS players
How the program works during Fall 2025! Scheduled Gym Workouts at Athlon Performance Center
Players will work in individually or small groups in the Athlon Gym - geared for Soccer specific training in season!
Players will join select Sun Coerver Sessions at ASC or schedule a private to work footwork, passing, shooting
There are 2 packages available:
1 gym session per week + 1 Coerver session per month for $125
2 gym sessions per week +2 Coerver sessions for $250
Private training as all sessions are supervised and individually designed and scheduled by the player!
Players will schedule gym sessions at Athlon at times that work for them...
Makeups can be done during the daytime hours at Athlon Gym
$25 Recovery Add-On available for GYM. Good for once a week recovery session where athletes can use the Cold Plunge, Compression Sleeves, Red Light Sauna
All athletes in college do strength training/injury prevention activities geared for in season to stay strong and healthy.
